Andrew T. Federico is a Partner at the Law Offices of Bobrow & Federico, P.C., where he represents individuals who have sustained serious injuries due to the negligence and wrongdoing of others. Since co-founding the firm in 2024, Andrew has focused his practice on advocating for injury victims and helping clients navigate the complexities of litigation from inception through resolution.
Andrew handles a broad range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, construction accidents, and nursing home negligence claims. Andrew has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting complex legal research, and developing case strategies tailored to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients
Prior to co-founding Bobrow & Federico, P.C., Andrew practiced at a New York personal injury law firm where he represented clients in high-exposure personal injury matters and worked extensively on motion practice and case development. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at a New York law firm concentrating on wage and hour litigation, employment discrimination, and ERISA matters.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018, where he was a Samuel M. Kaynard Fellow. During law school, he served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and as President of the Unemployment Action Center. He was also awarded a Citation of Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. Andrew further developed his advocacy skills as a member of the Trial Advocacy Association.
